to Road Race ChampionChip timing from the local 5Ks to major marathons, Triathlon
ChampionChip timing with up to 5 splits and Duathlon ChampionChip timing with
splits. Race Management services include, but are not limited to assistance in
race planning, race promotion and race coordination for a successful event.

- Race Directing Services Assistance in race planning proceedings including up to ten meetings
- Assistance in promoting race in various calendars, publications and websites
- Assistance in distribution of race brochures/entry forms to ‘runner friendly’ locations
- Assistance securing parade permit for race route
- Coordinate T-shirt order
- Receive/Pick up registered entries in order to build a race participant database (with database management only)
- Coordinate money deposits (with database management only)
- Assistance with packet pick up and race day registration
- Logistics of race day event
- Supervise race day set-up including registration, packet pickup and refreshments
- List of Volunteer positions recommended for event
